The accuracy of the sales data was commendable and streamlined our work efficiently. Having said that, when it worked, the data quality was impressive, making the platform worthwhile on the good days. This raises questions as to how confident they are in their product. The pressure put on customers to continue the service, even when it’s not up to the mark, feels like a desperate attempt to retain users at any cost.
